To save you the hassle of ordering the wrong size for your body, here's a simple way to get accurate measurements of yourself.
Grab a tape measure and stand in front of a full-length mirror. Be sure to take your measurements undressed or in your underwear only.
Stand straight and pull the tape measure close to your body, but not too tight!
For best and more accurate results, have a friend take the measurements for you.
We understand that not being able to physically try on our garments can be hard when making your purchase. If you are unhappy with the size or fit of your purchase you can return or exchange it as long as it meets all our return and exchange policy requirements.

Measure the bust line at the fullest part of your chest. Stand naturally with your heels together and arms resting by the side of your body. Position the tape so that it covers the widest part of your back and the fullest part of your chest.
Place your hands at your natural waistline. This is where the tape should be positioned. If you cannot find your natural waist, stand with your feet slightly apart and bend to the side. Where your waist creases is the natural waist.
Stand naturally with your heels together in a relaxed pose. Measure with the tape.

Orders are processed and packed within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
After the order is processed and packed, it takes between 1-5 delivery days for standard shipping and 1-3 delivery days for express shipping if you are in a major metro areas. For all regional areas, please allow between 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. All orders placed after 5pm EST on Friday or on a weekend will be posted the next business day.
If for some reason you do not receive your purchase within 5 business days of placing your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and your order number. We will follow up on your purchase immediately!
Orders that are delivered to your shipping address while no one is home will be left at an Australia Post office (usually your local one) or one specified on a card left in your letterbox.

Note: When ordering from countries outside of Australia, duty and taxes may be payable by you depending on the rules governed by the country you are importing to.
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the shipping company.
All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit/debit card or PayPal in Australian Dollars. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate. Please note that we do not make any guarantees or promises about the current exchange rate or what you will be charged by your bank. That is out of our control.
Miss Runway wants all our girls to be completely and utterly in love with their purchase. So if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you're welcome to send it back for a store credit.
Please note, Miss Runway Boutique does not offer refunds for returned item/s.
In accordance with Australian consumer law, we will only provide a refund if the item is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. It is at the wholesaler's discretion if an item is deemed faulty which Miss Runway Boutique will first need to check before agreeing to a refund.
CONDITIONS ON RETURNS
We do not provide refunds but will issue an online store credit. You can use your store credit to purchase an alternative size or product. Our store credits are valid for 6 months. We do not send out items for exchanges.
Please note that we do our best to display the true colour of the garment however colours may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor/device. We do not consider this a fault if the colour is slightly different.
In order for us to provide you with a store credit, it must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be received within 14 days of receiving the parcel for domestic and 21 days for international orders
- Be received in its original resell-able condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging (i.e- shoe boxes) intact.
- Must be a full-priced item (We do not accept returns on sale items or items used with a promotional code)
- We do not accept returns on earrings or undergarments (bras/underwear/swimwear) for sanitary reasons.
- Incorrect sizing or colour selection is not considered as a fault.
- A 20% Restocking fee will be subtracting from the store credit if it does not meet our conditions and is returned to us without prior approval.
- All shipping costs will not be refunded or credited.
- Any items purchased with our complimentary free shipping that is returned to us, will have the full shipping cost deducted from the store credit. $10 within Australia and $20 International.
- All return shipping to Miss Runway Boutique will be covered by the customer. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
- Read and fill in the returns forms printed on the back of your invoice and include this with your returned item/s.
All our returns are processed within 3-5 business days by our friendly staff. Once our team has inspected the garment, they will then contact you via email to provide you with your store credit.
Note: Our team will inspect the return before we issue a store credit. Miss Runway Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the above conditions. You will be notified via email if your item did not meet our returns conditions.
HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM
We are sincerely sorry to hear that there was a manufacturing fault with your garment!
Unfortunately, we do experience manufacturing faults with our garments on rare occasions which we cannot control.
In the case of a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace, refund or offer a store credit for the items.
- Please email email@example.com with photos of your faulty item, your invoice number & full name.
- Item must be sent back to Miss Runway within 14 days (21 days for international orders) of receiving our email confirmation.
- Read and fill in the returns form printed on the back of your invoice and include this with your returned item/s.
- Our team will inspect the garment and process either a refund, replacement or a store credit 3-5 business days.
- You will be notified by email with the outcome of your return assessment.
