We are taking bookings for all formal dress shoppers. We ask that you make an appointment with us to avoid been turned away or having to wait. We can get extremely busy on the weekends and during school holidays, so please don't be disappointed if you show up and we can't service you.
Due to the current social distancing regulations, we are limited with how many people we can have in our store at one time so we request that you limit your group number to two people. This means that only you and one other person may attend this appointment. Any additional people that come with you will not be allowed to enter the store. Should we have space available, we will be happy to accomodate them. We are committed to the health and safety of our staff and community and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
*** We allocate certain number of appointments per hour time slot, so please make a separate booking for each person who wishes to try on formal gowns.
We would appreciate you giving us plenty of notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This will allow us to accomodate other customers and roster our staff accordingly. Please click the "reschedule" or "cancel" button on your appointment confirmation email at least two hours ahead of time if you are unable to make your appointment. Please call us on 0432 171 152 if you are running late so we don't give your appointment to someone else.
We have allowed one hour per appointment so we can best give you all the attention you require.
All confirmed appointments will be sent as a confirmation email.
We will always do our best to accomodate you should you show up without an appointment, provided we have the change room and staff available to assist you. If we are fully booked, please don't get upset if we can not accomodate you.
