WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is when an item is currently out of stock but we have made a special order from the manufacturer already and we can expect it to come into stock within a certain time frame. The benefit of placing a pre-order is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after it is listed online.
HOW DO I PLACE A PRE-ORDER?
Placing a pre-order is the same process as placing a regular order. You will proceed through the check out as usual and make full payment to complete your order. Your order will only be shipped out once the pre-order shipment has arrived at the warehouse.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE PRE-ORDER ITEM(S) AND NON-PRE-ORDER ITEMS ON MY ORDER?
If you would like your non pre-order item/s sent first, please place two separate orders. One order consisting of your pre-order item/s and a second order with the item/s you would like sent first. Alternatively if only one order is placed, we will ship all your items together when your pre-order item/s arrive.
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
In an event that you no longer require the pre-order item(s) or due to any unforeseen circumstances either by yourself or Miss Runway Boutique, your pre-order may be cancelled and a store credit will be issued. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unforeseen delays or cancellations so please take extra care when placing your order. If your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to make any changes. However you may certainly return your order provided it adheres to our conditions of return. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
* Please note: Re-cuts may differ slightly in colour to the original cut as displayed on the website. This may be due to the supplier using a new batch of fabric, however the fabric used will be as close as possible to the original colour shown. Here at Miss Runway, we do not provide refunds for any returns that are not deemed faulty, but will issue you with an online store credit in the form of a gift card if it meets the conditions below:
Items must be received within 21 days of you receiving the parcel for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. Items must be in its original resell-able condition - clean, unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging (i.e- boxes) intact.
- We do not accept returns on sale items reduced by 50% or more off the original price. These are final sale.
- We do not accept returns on earrings or undergarments (bras/underwear/swimwear) for sanitary reasons.
- All shipping costs will not be refunded or credited.
- Any items purchased with our complimentary free shipping that are returned to us will have the full shipping cost deducted from the store credit. $10 within Australia and $20 International. $20 for all formal gowns within Australia and $30 international).
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
- Where a FREE GIFT was offered, the FREE GIFT will need to be returned in its original condition if the order is returned.

What is a Pre-Order?
If one of our products is marked as a Pre-Order, it means we don't currently have the item with us, but we can get it here for you. For some brands such as Two Sisters the Label, we will have an approximate date listed on the product as to when it is expected to arrive in store. For other brands such as Jadore, Nicoletta, Tania Olsen, MRB The Label, Dream Dresses and Tina Holly, the date of when the item will arrive will be a specified time frame from when you place the order (for example MRB The Label takes approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive in store after you've purchased).
When will I receive my order?
The time frame for your pre-order delivery varies for different brands. We specify the timeframe under each product description. Please read carefully so you are aware of our pre-order timeframe.
Two Sisters the Label
The expected date of delivery will be listed under the product description for all Two Sisters the Label products. These are all different so be sure to check each specific product! You may have to scroll down the page and look on the right hand side to find this information. Please note that the date of delivery is when the product will arrive to out HQ and any postage time frames are additional on top of that.
MRB The Label
As MRB The Label is a made locally, the manufacturer will begin making your purchase soon after your order is placed. It takes approximately four weeks for your order to be delivered to our store, after which time we will call you and let you know it has arrived or send it out to you if you have placed your order online. It may take slightly longer to complete your order if there is a fabric shortage and our designers will need to order more in, in which case we will contact you to let you know of the delay.
When you order a product from our Dream Dresses range, we will place the order our supplier. It takes approximately four to six weeks for your order to be delivered to our store, after which time we will call you and let you know it has arrived or send it out to you if you have placed your order online.
Jadore & Nicoletta
Please contact us before you place a Pre-Order with Jadore so we can let you know how long it will take to arrive. If Jadore has your product in stock in one of their warehouses around Australia, we can have it shipped to us at our within 3 - 5 business days), after which time we will call you and let you know it has arrived or send it out to you if you have placed your order online. If your order is not in stock at the warehouse and has to be especially made for you, this can take between 14 and 16 weeks to happen and be delivered to us. We can place a rush order for you if you need your order sooner than this time frame for a $50 extra fee. A rush order takes between 8 and 10 weeks to be made and delivered to us. Our team can answer any questions you may have about the Jadore Pre-Order process and let you know what your time frame for delivery will be. PH 0435 826 191.
Tania Olsen Design
Please contact us before you place a Pre-Order with Jadore so we can let you know how long it will take to arrive. If Jadore has your product in stock in one of their warehouses around Australia, we can have it shipped to us at our within 3 - 5 business days), after which time we will call you and let you know it has arrived or send it out to you if you have placed your order online. If your order is not in stock at the warehouse and has to be especially made for you, this can take between 16 and 18 weeks to happen and be delivered to us. We can place a rush order for you if you need your order sooner than this time frame for a $50 extra fee. A rush order takes between 10 and 12 weeks to be made and delivered to us.
