How the whole process works?
At Miss Runway Formal, we aim to make your gown hire experience as seamless as possible. We offer hire options for either 4 or 8 days, with convenient collection and return at our Gold Coast boutique. If you're outside the area, we provide express Australia-wide shipping. For shipped orders, a return label will be included in the package. Please ensure that the gown is posted back the next business day after your event.
Do you hire dresses Australia wide?
Absolutely! We provide postage options within Australia, as well as collection from our Gold Coast, Queensland store. You can choose between postage or pickup during the checkout process.
Do I need to clean the gown before returning it?
All hire prices at Miss Runway Formal include dry cleaning. Simply return the gown as is, and we'll take care of the cleaning. By hiring with us, you agree not to attempt to clean or press the gown yourself.
What should I do if the dress doesn't fit me?
If the dress doesn’t fit, please do not remove the tags and return it to us. We will refund the rental amount as a gift card. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
How does the bond work?
After placing your order, you will receive a separate email with a link to provide your card details for the bond payment. Your order will only be processed and released once this step is completed. Please note, if the dress is damaged or returned late, we reserve the right to charge the full RRP of the dress to the saved card.
How does the shipping works?
The shipping fee for hire products is $40, which includes both express shipping to you and express return shipping. We will provide an express return shipping label inside the package for your convenience. A $20 late fee will be applied for each business day the parcel is returned late.
