PRODUCT INFORMATION
Turn heads in the Valerie Drop Waist Gown, a timeless design that blends classic elegance with modern sophistication. Featuring a strapless V-neckline with soft pleated detailing, this gown is designed with a structured corset bodice complete with in-built cups and boning to create a beautifully sculpted silhouette.

GOWNS WITH BONING
Some of our gowns feature boning in the bodice to provide structure, support, and a beautifully sculpted fit that follows the natural shape of the body.
The boning is designed to be flexible and move with you, helping the gown sit smoothly while you wear it. Because of this flexibility, it is normal for the boning to gently curve or adjust with movement and wear.
To maintain the best possible shape of your gown, we recommend avoiding excessive folding, crushing, or placing heavy pressure on the bodice when storing or transporting your dress. Always hang your gown upright or lay it flat with the bodice fully supported.
Slight shaping or movement in the boning after wear is completely expected and does not indicate damage. Proper care will help ensure your gown maintains its structure and continues to look its best.

RETURN POLICY
- Items must be received within 21 days of you receiving the parcel.
- Items must be in their original, resealable condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging (e.g., boxes) intact.
- When we receive a return, we will automatically issue a gift card unless the item is faulty. Gift cards are valid for 3 years, and any unused credit will remain on the gift card.
- All refund to payment method requests will incur a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the original purchase price, unless the item is faulty. This fee covers our acquisition, postage, and handling costs associated with your order and return. Please contact us if you would like to choose this option.
- All pre-order formal gown purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once the order has been placed. As these dresses are specially ordered from our suppliers on your behalf, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations after submission.
- Please note that our standard cancellation policy (including the option of a gift card minus a 15% restocking fee) does not apply to pre-order formal gowns.

My daughter wont admit like any teenager however very selective and I was dreading with her selection for formal ,she was hesitant to drive to Brisbane .But I am so glad as soon she wore the dress she adored it and for me it was very elegant dress with soft and soothing cool pink and silky flowing fabric ,and it falls elegantly .Its simple but sophisticated and me being mum I was impressed with design with bow to cover you but entirely ,I could allow her to wear for my family wedding in the future .I loved the assistance of the manager and later found out through my daughter the designer of the dress ,she couldn't stop praising her.
